We believe to have clear strategy, you need to understand priorities and the customers needs. How does one attract the right customers, successfully sell and then wow them with ongoing care and support. We practice what we preach.

Sometimes, there are setbacks, disappointments, and frustrations but determination is the fuel for us to stay focused and get results. We work doggedly till it breaks open and we don’t give up; even if it means we need to pivot along the way.

We’re committed to being generous; in our thinking, resources, events, contacts and emotions. We’re not pushovers and we carefully don’t exhaust ourselves by over-giving. But we are strong believers in serving something bigger than ourselves.

We’ve seen repeatedly that generous people receive more back than they give. We’re not trying to be saints; it just seems to make sense all round.


We’re big hearted, relational and realise that people make mistakes. Perhaps a client gets grumpy because they forgot to call us about a deadline or they thought they’d sent an email, but left it in their draft folder. We focus our energy on building bridges and working towards solutions.

So if there’s a mistake, we don’t get easily offended. We believe in being slow to anger and extending grace. We’re after long term relationships and don’t sweat the small things.

When there’s a mistake, we believe in transparency, being quick to apologise and finding the right solutions. We love it when clients work in the same way. Working in a blame free culture, means everyone’s quicker to see success.

A lack of humility often means the wisdom from these moments are lost and problems will be repeated at another time.


We’re driven with a motivation to positively impact society. We want to make a difference through our products, our service, our attitude to people and our long term impact on the world.

That’s one of the reasons that we’re selective about who we work with. Because some jobs, however profitable, are not aligned with what we’re about and where we want to go.

We don’t believe in wasting time working in environments or with clients who suck the air out of the room. Yes, sometimes it’s important to slog your way through the thorns, but often people get stuck working with people that take energy from them.


We think the world is amazing. We celebrate life and want to be involved in initiatives that matter.

We work a lot with start-ups who have a DNA we like. Entrepreneurs who dream of creating change; not simply for the sake of it, but for the greater good. We believe it’s important to tread lightly in business and use power for good and we love to help give birth to greatness.

We’re strong believers that when you work with the right people and work to a mutually beneficial goal, then together you achieve the best results.

We look to grow in understanding: to listen to the still voice that nudges and prods, and to value wisdom highly. We recognise that we only see in part, and however good ones gut can be, it’s often with other’s input (and an objective look at data), that better decisions can be made.
